GAZPACHO ANDALUZ
While driving in the Andalucian Mountains in Spain a few years ago, we came accross this amazing, nutritious & refreshing cold soup "Gazpacho Andaluz 🍅", perfect for tomato & Olive Oil lovers in the Spring & Summer seasons.
Ingredients and preparation instructions for our version of it:
1 Kg fresh Tomatoes
4 Garlic Cloves (add to taste)
1 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Seedless
POMODORO SAUCE
Our version of Marinara Sauce:
Ingredients
2 Cans 28oz of Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes
8 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 finely chopped Yellow Onion
Water (1 can of 28oz Tomatoes)
1 Tbsp of dried Oregano (or 10 medium size leaves of fresh Oregano)
1 Tbsp of dried basil (or 10 medium fresh Basil leaves)
1.5 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp ORODEAL Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz Dry White Wine
